I have worked for large firms and financial institutions around the world in client management and business development working on commerciality and strategy. This understanding is extremely valuable when discussing with employees their experience when working in large companies, partnerships etc.
My speaking and coaching techniques are varied according to location which is demonstrated by my ability to hold an audience at a multitude of large corporate company events around the City of London, speaking to entrepreneurs within media companies, hosting frequent ‘lunch and learn’ workshops at WeWork Moorgate and even scheduled this year to speak at a conference in Bali on ‘Women in Leadership’.
I have recently been featured by the Virgin Group as a ‘Pioneer’, was ‘expert-quoted’ in the BBC and write frequently for the Huffington Post. Alongside that, I am part of two programmes with Oxford University. One on ‘Women Transforming Leadership’, looking at women’s distinctive talents to create new leadership paradigms and the other focusing on ‘Poverty to Prosperity: Understanding Economic Development’, covering the roles of government and the key political, social, and economic processes that elevate society.
I provide bespoke, tailored packages focusing on areas surrounding 1-to-1 coaching sessions, leadership programmes, service excellence workshops, soft skills programmes, service delivery and how to handle challenging situations.
Each client programme is bespoke and delivered following a consultation to discuss particular content areas to be included.
