Intersecting identities, double standards, burnout, and bias (both conscious and unconscious) all place disproportionate burdens on women leaders.<\/p><p>The pandemic undid much of the progress of recent decades \u2014 with women leaving the workforce at much higher rates than men and women\u2019s participation in the labor force dipping to their lowest levels in decades.
